Ruth Loraine Barton, 84, of Ceredo, W. Va. Passed away on Thursday January 10, 2019 at Wurtland Nursing Center in Wurtland, KY. She was born September 27, 1934, in Ceredo, W. Va., a daughter of the late Lorraine and Opal Hall. She had worked in the Collection Department for Guaranty National Bank, In Huntington, W. Va. Ruth was a member of the Spring Valley Freedom Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Ray Hall. Survivors include her son, Dr. Scott Barton, daughter-in-law, Mitchelle Barton, of Ada, OK; granddaughter, Aileen (Allie) Loraine Barton, of Oklahoma City, OK and her sister, Joanne (Bruce) York of Ashland, KY. Surviving nieces and nephews and their families, Alan (Amy) York, Sarah York and Laura York, Alexandra Myers, Adrienne (Brandon) Sehein and Zoe Sehein. Friends may call from 6 to 8 Monday January 14th at Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova W. Va. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at the funeral home with Rev.
