Our beautiful and loving Mother joined our father (Paul B.Wilson) and brother (Lewis G. Wilson) in Heaven on December 12th, 2019. Vivienne (Vivian) Kathleen Brammer-Wilson was born November 5, 1929 to Ruby and Clyde Brammer and lovingly raised by her grandparents, Denver and Amanda Williams.
Vivian was a graduate of Huntington High School and Huntington School of Business. After graduation Vivian met and subsequently married her husband Paul B. Wilson in Huntington, WV on February 14, 1953. The love and devotion between Vivian and Paul was obvious, leading to the birth of four children. Vivian devoted her love and energy to raising her family with loving and gentle hands. As members of the First Baptist Church of Kenova they raised their family with the love and knowledge of our Heavenly Father and the responsibility of living a life that reflects those values. rs. Alice Lee Ferguson, 82, of Kenova, W.Va. went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Cabell-Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted at 6:00 P.M on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the First Baptist Church of Kenova, with Pastor Steve Willis officiating. Private interment will take place in Woodmere Memorial Park.
Sarah Miracle Hite, 39, of Kenova, W.Va. passed away Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Cabell-Huntington Hospital. Graveside service will be conducted 2:00 P.M Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at the Cyrus Cemetery with Pastor James Asbury officiating. She was born June 12, 1980 daughter of Donna Brown Miracle and the late Roger Miracle. She was a 1998 graduate of Ceredo-Kenova High School and an LPN. She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather Clifford Brown, paternal grandparents Virgil and Louise Chadwick Miracle and an aunt Kay. She is survived by a daughter Makailah Hite; grandmother Gladys Brown; cousins James Asbury, Jason Jackson, Missy and Mandy Sheley; uncle and aunt Bob and Deborah Sheley and aunt Patty. Alex Andre Cox, 27, of Huntington, WV passed away Friday, November 15, 2019. He was born June 25, 1992 in Huntington, W.Va. son of Sandra Cox and Nathan Staley and the late Brent Andre Cox. Alex was loved by numerous people. He was a great dad, hard and dedicated worker. He loved his brothers and his little boy was his world. Alex’s greatest trait was his super sense of humor. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a son Mason Cox; granddad Gary Smith and granny Murphy. In addition to his parents he is survived by his beloved wife Christina M. Cox; precious son, Carter Cox; brothers Brandon Fraley and Blake Staley; Nanny Pat Smith and many aunts, cousins, nieces and a nephew. A gathering of friends and family will be from 6-8 P.M. Connie Gail Bryant, 75, of Kenova, WV. passed away Friday, November 8, 2019 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 P.M. She was born September 16, 1944 to the late Bennie and Gladys Hellmendollar Meadows. Jewell “Darlene” Michels Adkins, 63, of Barboursville, WV. passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019 at her residence. Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Monday, October 28, 2019 at Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova, with Pastor Greg Tomlinson officiating. Interment will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Darlene was born February 1, 1956 in Huntington, W.Va. daughter of the late Robert Fielder, Maxine Michels and the late Della Jewell Brumfield Burton. Darlene was retired from the Cabell County Courthouse and enjoyed making blankets and pillows for out patients at the children’s hospital and the V.A. Medical Center. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Ronald Fielder and a sister Diane Treziel. Survivors include her children Larry Dalrymple (April), Carman Elmore, Aaron Dalrymple (Megan) and Addison Michels; grandchildren Cheyenne, Gage, Michaila (Zach), Austyn (Tianna), Tylor (Alex), Emily and Cameron; great-grandchildren Jaxon and siblings Earl Michels, Regina Hudson, Donald Fielder, Bobby Fielder (Tammy) Clarissa Michels (Greg) and Kellie Fischer.
