Sharon Dillon, 83, of Ceredo, WV. died Monday, August 11, 2026 at St.
Mary’s Medical Center. Sharon was born September 20, 1942 in Huntington,
WV. a daughter of the late Melvin Hager and the late Sada Varney. Sharon was
affectionately self-nicknamed the Queen and Chatty Kathy and loved to
decorate her home for every season and holiday. Her happy place was Hobby
Lobby and enjoying her flowers and plants. Her greatest joy was gathering with
her family. She was Baptist by faith. Besides her parents she was also preceded
in death by her beloved husband Francis Dillon and two sisters Donna Craig
and Beverly Jenkins. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Barry Ellis
(Jackie), daughter and son-in-law Bridgette Moore (Larry) and son and
daughter-in-law Jason Ellis (Patricia); brother and sister-in-law Ken Stepp
(Robin); grandchildren Jeremy Ellis (Robin), Aimee Harrah (Todd) and
Autumn Hansen (Josh) and great-grandchildren Chase, Brooklyn, Ava, Aubrey
and Bella. There will be no public services. Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova is
