Herbert (Steve) Barrett, 61, of Kenova, WV. passed away Sunday, July 6, 2025 at his residence. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Monday July 14, 2025 at Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova with Pastor Chris Baker officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. He was born November 13, 1963 in Huntington, WV. a son of Herbert and Nettie Brumfield Barrett. He was a former carpenter having worked of the Carpenters Local 302. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his beloved wife Angela Overby Barrett; children, Kara, Amanda, Lacrisia, Dakota and Dawn; two brothers Ronald Eugene Barrett and Brian Keith Barrett and a sister Angela Lynn Goodpaster and 9 grandchildren.
