Ricky Nelson Bailey, 60, of Ashland, Ky. passed Saturday, July 24 2021 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. Graveside service will be conducted noon, Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the Rowe-Mercer Cemetery, Chesapeake, Ohio. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa, great-grandpa, brother, uncle and son. He was born June 17, 1961 in North Judson Winomac, Indiana a son of the late Eugene and Flossie Ann Howard Bailey. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son Ricky Nelson Bailey, II and two grandchildren Chelsea Michelle Bailey, and Chiann Jenkins. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years Mary Bailey, 5 children Vanessa Hamm, Travis Bailey, Taylor Bailey, Joe Bailey and Flossie Bailey; 12 grandchildren Austin Bailey, Taylor Bailey, II, Brooke Bailey, Samantha Bailey, Brantlee Pelfrey, Cristen Morrow, Jarid Bailey, Jasmine Bailey, Bobby Jenkins, Destiny Jenkins, David Jenkins and Talon Gillman and 4 great-grandchildren Nova Marie Tooley, Jasper Jenkins, David Jenkins and Hailey Jenkins.
