I am so sorry for your loss. She has been a wonderful neighbor since my children and I moved here many years ago She would always holler at me if she was out on her porch and had a minute to talk to ask about my kids and what I had planned next to do with my house . She was a gem on our block and will be truly missed.
I have loved our dear neighbor, my furbabies would enjoy her coming to the fence to greet her. Of course Mrs Billups would always give them something to eat. Anytime a dog didn’t have water or looked hungry she would give it to them. Mrs Billups has been a joy for almost 20 yrs now., RIP hun and enjoy your family and “adopted furbabies” that went before her.
