My condolences to the family. Billy and I had a nearly 30-year business relationship that quickly morphed into a friendship. I looked forward to our occasional meetings where we’d discuss regional and national economic development; and he’d regal me with stories of his construction projects with Union Boiler and Cardinal Construction. Billy was a kind man with a huge heart and he was as honest in all matters as the day is long. I’ve missed him through his illness and will miss him the rest of my time.
