Debra Karen Brown

Debra Karen Brown, 59, of Oak Hill, WV. passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2022 in Cabell- Huntington Hospital. Graveside services will be conducted 12:30 P.M. Friday, November 4, 2022 at Hillcrest Cemetery. Debra was born June 3, 1963 in Huntington, WV. a daughter of the late George and Berva Baker Kinser. She was a retired school teacher having taught in the Putnam County School System. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Roy Joseph Brown, two sisters Linda Kinser and Sandra Kinser Midkiff and two brothers Virgil Kinser and Rodney Kinser. Survivors include two sons Michael Roy Brown (Nicolette Flowers) and Chyse Tildon Brown (Katlyn Allen); one brother Jackie Kinser; two sisters Tressa Estep and Phyllis Ratliff (Haskel); nine grandchildren Myka Brown, Gage Brown, Ryan Brown, Weston (Virgil) Brown, Ryland Flowers, Oakley Wherry, Maverick Brown, Sawyer Brown, Anslee Brown and her special baby Tilly Roo Brown.   1. Thinking about everyone in the family today! I am sorry I could not be there with you all today! Debbie was a great person and I count it a privilege to have known her!

  2. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I will miss Debbie’s friendship and love. She sure battled hard but hopefully she and Brillo are together again.
