Delores Jean “Mom” Mills Perry

Delores Jean “Mom” Mills Perry, 91, of Kenova, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 10, 2023 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral service will be conducted 7:00 PM Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova with Pastor Jacob Marshall officiating. Interment at Baylous Cemetery will take place at noon on Friday, December 15, 2023. Mom was born June 27, 1932 in Barboursville a daughter of the late Edmond and Mearl Hale Mills. She was a kind and gentle spirit and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Welbern Eugene “Gene” Perry and siblings Dorothy, Vernon, Beatrice, Enoch and Denny Paul. Survivors include a son Danny Perry; two daughters and sons-in-law Ronda Cole (Greg) and Debbie Powell (Shane); grandchildren Jenni Roberts (Justin), Timothy Cole and Hannah Brumfield (Colten); great-grandchildren Gage Roberts, Gracyn Roberts, Max Cole, Baby Brumfield on the way and one brother Larry (Reba) Mills.
