Charles Franklin Dishman, 52, left this world on Tuesday, June 8, 2021. CFD was the son of the late William Franklin Dishman and the late Patricia Hannon. He is survived by two cousins Becky Carver and Kathy Smith both of Boyd Co., Ky. CFD was full of life and always made a presence wherever he was and he never met a stranger. His love for sports was overwhelming as he loved the CK Wonders, Cincinnati Red, UK Wildcats and the Marshall Thundering Herd. His love for his community was well known throughout as he volunteered with the annual spaghetti dinner at the CK Community Center where he holds the record for the most tickets sold for the dinner. Graveside service will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at Maple Hill Cemetery off of Dock’s Creek Road. Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova is assisting the family.
