Edna Mae Marcum, 81, of Huntington, WV passed away March 19, 2026 at Salterra memory care in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born May 16, 1944, at home to the late Dicie Fleming and Reece Muncie. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Landon Marcum, brother Ervin Muncie, grandson Michael Locasio, and great-grandson Everett Marcum. Edna was a kind-hearted generous woman. She was a very faithful Christian and was fiercely devoted to her family. She was a diligent worker and devoted her life to raising her boys and taking care of her grandbabies, of whom she deeply loved. She loved reading the Bible, attending church, spending time with her family and best friend Brenda Mays, fishing, going to the shooting range (of where she was a crack shot with a .22), and playing card games. She was a member of Kenova Church of God, where she was a Sunday School teacher and a volunteer in their Backpack ministry. She is survived by her family: Charles (Kelli) Marcum Jr., Johnny (Andrea) Marcum, Bobby (Melissa) Marcum, Rachael Marcum, Chase Marcum, Chloe’ (Ethan) Napier, Emily Marcum, Atlas Marcum, Oliver Marcum, Lillie Fleming, and Edna Jane Richards. Edna will be deeply missed and forever loved. A graveside service will be conducted at Noon on Wednesday March 25, 2026 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Kenova. There will be no visitation.
