Jackie Renee Dunlap Farley, 36, of Catlettsburg, Ky., passed away Friday, May 3, 2019 at her residence. Funeral Service will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 10, 2018 at Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova with Pastor Frank Hulett officiating. Interment will follow in Golden Oaks Memorial Park, Ashland. She was born May 22, 1982 in Galion, Ohio, a daughter of Jack Russell Dunlap, Jr. and Vickki Lynn Nelson Dunlap. Jackie was employed with Save-A-Lot as the Produce Manager. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, uncle, aunts and father-in-law. In addition to her parents she is survived by two precious sons Zach Farley and Rylan Farley; boyfriend Dustin Jones; two sisters and brothers-in-law Carrie Hoffman (Rance) and Heather Castle (JR); special niece Reese Powell; five nieces and one nephew. The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova.
