Frankie Carol McKinney, 77, Kenova, WV., passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at her residence. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Monday, February 17, 2025 at Rollins Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Byard officiating. Frankie was born August 23, 1947 in Charleston, WV. a daughter of the late Frank C. and Florence Legleitner Maurer. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband Roy McKinney; two cherished sons Ricky McKinney and Tracey McKinney and precious sister Charlotte Anne Warren. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law Shawn McKinney (Monique); five grandchildren Shannon, Shea, Skar’ra, Sor’ryn and Samuel; three great-grandchildren Nevaeh, Leia and Teddy; daughter-in-law Lynn McKinney; sister Sharon Maurer and numerous nieces and nephews.
