Glen Roy Robertson, 85, of Huntington, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2024 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Graveside service will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Thursday February 29, 2024 at Hillcrest Cemetery with Pastor Kim Stone officiating. Glen was born July 28, 1938 in Prichard, WV. a son of the late Arvel and Arvilla Nelson Robertson. He was a retired heavy equipment operator from the state road department. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers John L. Robertson and Herbert P. Robertson. Survivors include two sons Carl A. Robertson and Glen Roy Robertson, Jr.; step-daughter Rebecca Renee Spence; step-son James Tomblin and brother Steve Robertson. There will be no public visitation. In lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Donor Services P.O. Box 22324 New York, NY. 10087. Praise the Lord !!! In his last days, Glenn Robertson came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as His personal Savior. He made it known to all that he had received forgiveness for sins through faith in Jesus Christ. Glenn was one of the hardest working men I have ever known, He was a great friend, but I am so Thankful that he left this life not only as my friend but as my Brother in Christ Jesus.
