Barbara Carol Graham, 79, of Chesapeake, OH. passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at the St. Mary’s Medical Center. She was born February 27, 1942 in Kenova, W.Va. a daughter of the late Dorwin Davis and the late Louise Canterbury Milum. She was an avid supporter of animal shelters and a strong police supporter. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Larry David Graham and a daughter Barbara Ann Marcum. Survivors include a son James “Darrin” Marcum (Tracy); daughter Gina S. Milum; grandchildren Jessica Rollins and Brittany White (Caleb); three great-grandchildren Dylan, Nora Jo and Judah and a special cousin Bryan Hensley.
