Helen C. Skeens Mullens, 85, of Ceredo, WV. passed away Sunday,
September 20, 2026 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Graveside
services will be conducted 11:00 A.M., Friday September 25, 2026 at
Dock’s Creek Cemetery with Pastor Paul Daniels officiating. She was born
March 29, 1941 in Kenova, WV. a daughter of the late William Riley and
Della Mae Skeens. She was a member of the Oakview Missionary Baptist
Church and a long-time real estate agent in the C-K area where she owned
her own realty company. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in
death by her beloved husband Pastor Larry Scott Mullens; two sons
William Aaron Mullens and Scott Alan Mullens and two sisters Mary
Charlene Skeens and Lula Mae Stone. Survivors include nieces and
nephews. There will be no visitation and no procession to the cemetery
