Janice graduated from Ceredo-Kenova High School and was a member of First Independent Missionary Baptist Church of Kenova. She delivered newspapers for the Herald Dispatch for many years and worked for WCCSO. Janice enjoyed cooking, making candy, sewing, and making crafts. She was very creative. She also enjoyed plants and growing flowers.
