Joyce Ilene Frazier, 81, of Kenova, WV. passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Joyce was born July 4, 1941 in Huntington a daughter of the late Charles and Okey Webb Grant. She is survived by her beloved husband Pearley Frazier; children Terry Frazier (Bev), Bambi Frazier and Kristie Cyrus (Eddie); she had a host of loving grandchildren and great grandchildren and a special thank you to her Pastor Bobby Young.
