Noah Junior Lowe, 68, of Kenova, WV passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at his home. He was born February 1, 1958 a son of the late Noah and Lillian Marie Blankenship. Noah graduated from C-K High School. He had worked for Brunetti Bakery in Kenova. He is survived by two sisters, Thelma Lowe and Hester Meade; a brother, John B. Lowe, II; and his special companion, Mary. Noah loved spending time at Virginia Point and was affectionately known as “the mayor of the point” where he kept an eye on the eagles that lived there. He also met with his classmates once a quarter at Evaroni’s to catch up with what all the guys had been doing since their last get together. Noah was loved by many and will be greatly missed because he had a big heart and was willing to help anyone who needed a hand. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, August 8, 2026 from Noon to 2:00 p.m. at Virginia Point in Kenova, WV. Rollins Funeral Home is honored to help the Lowe family with the arrangements.
