Noah Junior Lowe, 68, of Kenova, WV passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at his home. He was born February 1, 1958 a son of the late Noah and Lillian Marie Blankenship. Noah graduated from C-K High School. He had worked for Brunetti Bakery in Kenova. He is survived by two sisters, Thelma Lowe and Hester Meade; a brother, John B. Lowe, II; and his special companion, Mary. Noah loved spending time at Virginia Point and was affectionately known as “the mayor of the point” where he kept an eye on the eagles that lived there. He also met with his classmates once a quarter at Evaroni’s to catch up with what all the guys had been doing since their last get together. Noah was loved by many and will be greatly missed because he had a big heart and was willing to help anyone who needed a hand. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, August 8, 2026 from Noon to 2:00 p.m. at Virginia Point in Kenova, WV. Rollins Funeral Home is honored to help the Lowe family with the arrangements. I was so sorry to read of your brothers passing. You may not remember me but my maiden name was Sue Lester. My family lived down from yours behind the flood wall. I use to be friends with Hester. I sometimes check the obits from Kenova. I live in Findlay Ohio now but my heart will always be back in Kenova. We lost my brother Bud back in 2012. Dave lives in Iowa near his family. Mom passed last year and Dad back in 2010. I do remember my brothers playing with John B. I hope life has been good to all of you. God Bless and love one another always. Sue Slagel
