Ronald Keith Chadwick

Ronald “Ronnie” Keith Chadwick Jr. (51) passed away on July 14th , 2026. A devoted husband, son, and brother whose quiet, intelligent strength touched everyone who knew him. He proudly served in the Navy after graduating from Buffalo High School. His love of learning led him to get a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Marshall University and a few years later, a Chemical Engineering degree from WVU Tech. His career in engineering eventually led him to the role of Process Engineer at APG Polytech. A job he truly enjoyed and where he brought his same steady, thoughtful presence to his work. Beyond work he embraced life. He was happiest fishing, traveling and exploring new places, perfecting his BBQ skills, or simply staying home and watching a military history documentary. His favorite time of the year was easily college football season. Above all else, Ronnie adored his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kristin; his parents, Ron and Carolyn Chadwick; his sister, Kandie (James) Harrison; nephew, Gage Harrison; niece,
Baylee Harrison, and countless friends and relatives who all held a special place in his heart. Ronnie treasured simple moments. His love, patience, and sharp mind will be forever missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm Saturday, July 18th , 2026 at Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova, WV, with a funeral service immediately following at 1:00pm with Pastor James Asbury officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Valley Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Foundation, https://vfwfoundation.org; Fisher House Foundation, https://www.Fisher house.org ; or Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston There will be a gathering after the burial. Location will be announced Saturday.
