Sherry Lynn Smithers, 70, of Huntington, WV. passed away Friday, February 7, 2025 at her residence. Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Monday, February 24, 2025 at Rollins Funeral Home with Pastor Willie May officiating. Sherry was born February 10, 1954 in Huntington, WV. a daughter of Jacqueline Sue Casey Smith and the late Larry Glenn Smith. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother Dennis Keith Smith. She is survived by her beloved mother Jacqueline ”Jackie” Sue Smith; daughter Amy Lynn Woodard Black; son and daughter-in-law Aaron Woodard (Crystal Lynn); grandchildren Mina Jai Black, Trevor Jacob Black and Tyler Jaison Black; great-grandchildren Kairi Renee’ Fauls and Brynley Mae Black and a sister Connie Sue Kirk. Oh Sherry I still can’t believe you are really gone 😫. You were my go to person , the one who loved me the most …the one who got me….the one I could tell everything to …. I shared my entire life with you and we had the best childhood ever. Soooo many memories I know I’ll see you again.
