Howard, my co-worker at AK STEEL, my next door neighbor for many years, you will be missed. Howard was a “GIVING PERSON. ” He spent all his retirement years caring for others in his and Barb’s home. His dad, sister and two grandchildren. Every time I saw him out, his comment would be, “YOU NEED US FOR ANYTHING, JUST CALL.” Howard will be missed.
