Deborah Ann Day Ratliff of Kenova, WV passed away September 21, 2024 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Deborah was born May 4, 1954. She was a member of the Prichard Church of God. She was formerly employed at Corbins. She was preceded in death by her husband David Allen Ratliff and brother Richard Day. She is survived by her sons Scott Allen and Joshua David Ratliff.
