Denver Earl Frasher

Denver Earl Frasher, 76, of Fort Gay, WV. passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova with Pastor Darin Fetherolf officiating. He was born October 21, 1949 a son of the late Barney and Edith Frasher. He was preceded in death by his 18 siblings. He graduated from Ceredo-Kenova High School. Denver married Sandra Ellen (Epling) Frasher on May 7, 1968. They had two children Dora Rachelle (Shelly) Adkins (Presley) and Connie Sue (Susie) Barrett (Ronald). He gave his life to the Lord in 2002 and was an active member and Elder in the First Church of Big Hurricane (Fort Gay, WV.) Denver led services and taught from scriptures. He could more often than not be found in his garage listening to his gospel songs. He worked and retired from Ferrell Gas. He had many grandchildren that he was a “Pappy” to but his biological grandchildren were Presley (P.J.) Adkins (Crystal); Cassandra (Cassie) Snyder (Adam) and Christyn Barrett (fiance’ Chris Lester). He also had great-grandchildren who were blessed with the time they had with him he loved his “babies” more than anything. These include: Hunter Jace Adkins, Kinsley Rachelle Adkins, Brigham Nicholas Snyder and Dawson Reid Adkins. We would also like to recognize his loving sister, Debbie Hatten who ensured supper was brought to Denver every evening following the passing of his wife Sandy. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Rollins Funeral Home.
