Larry Eugene Spears,76, of Prichard, WV., passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025 at his residence. He was born November 10, 1948 in Prichard, a son of the late Clarence and Ada Persinger Spears. Larry was a veteran having served as a First Sargent in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Kenova Masonic Lodge AF & AM #110 and the American Legion Post #93. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by eleven siblings. Survivors include daughters Candy Nail (Mike), Ada Michelle Christian (Frank), Lisa Flynn (Shawn) and Karry Spears; adopted son Dakota Spears; grandchildren Christian, Alexandra, Zane, Zoe, Cory, Jason, Brandon, Jennifer, Mason, Kendall and great-grandchild Saylor. Wow, I didn’t realize that Uncle Larry was blessed with so many children and grandchildren. He has that, ” hold my beer”, grin still. It was always a good time when he was around.
