Lola May Jobe, 67, passed away at home, Kenova, WV. on December 5, 2025. The daughter of the late Jewell and Ruby Akers. She was preceded in death by her husband David Jobe, and one brother Richard Akers. She is survived by one sister Dianne (Rick) Davis of Proctorville, Ohio, one brother Danny Akers of Kenova, WV., one very special niece Tara (Stace) Porter and very special great-nephew Noah Porter andvery special great-niece Scarlett Porter. I was so sad to hear this news. Lola Akers Jobe was a classmate of mine and she was a wonderful and kind lady. We lost touch over the years, but I will always remember her from high school especially getting to know her better during our senior year. She had a great sense of humor.
