Thomas Lee “Gizmo” Rickman 48, of Huntington, W.Va. passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 at CAMC Teays Valley Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted 12:00 P.M. Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Rollins Funeral Home with Rev. Mic Browning officiating. He was born December 3, 1972 in Huntington, W.Va. son of the late Thomas Lester and Brenda Lou Hale Rickman. He was a former Paramedic with the Ceredo Volunteer Fire Department, Duvall EMS and Boone County EMS. He was a member of the Route 60 Freewill Baptist Church and was a former Deacon at Charity Freewill Baptist Church and Beulah Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother Robert Rickman, maternal grandparents George and Elizabeth Hale and paternal grandparents Thomas and Lois Rickman. Survivors include his beloved wife Kathy Rickman; children Thomas Hildred Rickman and Brenda LeeAnn Rickman; brother Matthew Rickman; sister Christina Rickman and numerous other family and friends. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova. A graveside committal service will be held at 3:30 P.M. at Browns Branch Road Cemetery in Danville, W.Va. following the funeral service. Tommy I wish I could be there see you one last time but we’re all in quarantine . I know we were kids since we saw one another but family is always family. I know your healthy and happy with the Lord. Please give Bub (Moe) a big hug for me. Love you bunches.
