Robert Lee “Bob” Osburn, 84, of Ceredo, WV. died Monday, July 27, 2026 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Friday, July 31, 2026 at Rollins Funeral Home with Brother Charlie Paulsen officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. Bob was born September 12, 1941 in Wayne, WV. a son of the late Miller Vincent and Ida Mae Robinson Osburn. Bob was a longtime Barber in Kenova where he worked side beside with his brother-in-law at the Claude Cox Barber shop. Besides his parents he was also preceded in death by his beloved wife Eleanor J. Dixon Osburn; three brothers Ralph, Earnest and Frank and six sisters Eleanor, Hazel, Gracie, Cleo, Zuma and Georgie. Survivors include two sons Mark Osburn and Dana Osburn; three grand-children Sabrina, Gabby and Abby; numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great nephews; special niece Claudette Ellis-Cleary; special nephew John Cox and special great-niece Autumn Hanson.
