Patsy C. Neace Blevins,89, of Kenova, passed away Monday, February 26, 2024. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Friday March 1, 2024 at Rollins Funeral Home in Kenova with Minister Chris Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Patsy was born November 5, 1934 in Pike County, Kentucky a daughter of the late William Roy and Bessie Jane Robinson Neace. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Wilburn Darrell Blevins and son James Dirk Blevins. Survivors include sons Joseph “Joey” Blackburn (Donna), Terry Blackburn (Beverly) and Marc Blevins (Cathy) and granddaughter Kelsey Blevins.
